Role Overview
- Convincing and acquiring well-known medium and large enterprises in Switzerland and the DACH region
- Identifying prospects' needs and proposing suitable solutions
- Supporting agile product development through communication with stakeholders
- Collaborating with the founding team to continuously improve the sales cycle
- Optimizing lead generation, pipeline creation, and conversion rates
Requirements
- Extensive experience selling complex/consultative software at a professional level
- Proven track record in acquiring new leads
- Conducting product presentations and demos
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of decision-making processes in larger enterprises
- Strong persuasive abilities
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages a plus
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
