Senior Travel Consultant

Role Overview

• Search for and confirm travel reservations for clients
• Have a strong understanding of client travel policies and consistently provide guidance to clients
• Fulfill all requests regarding applicable regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Provide clients with required industry information, such as low fares, currency exchange costs, and penalties
• Identify opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients and propose improvements
• Maintain, actively communicate, and continuously expand knowledge of the supported travel industries

Requirements

• Extensive travel agent experience
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• French language a plus
