Role Overview
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a warm welcome and tailored product advice
- Offer a range of services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain high-quality self-service areas: stocking shelves, keeping displays clean, and facing products
- Contribute to merchandising: creating displays and window arrangements, and activating the sales area (commercial operations, promotions)
Requirements
- Strong interest in retail and teamwork
- Genuine interest in the products in your department
- Ideally, some previous sales experience
