Role Overview
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a welcoming reception and expert product advice
- Drive sales in your department
- Recommend complementary products and a range of services
- Support customers with their home improvement projects
- Ensure high-quality self-service areas: restocking, shelf cleanliness, and facing
- Contribute to merchandising and presentation: promotional displays and window arrangements
- Energize the sales floor (commercial activities, promotions)
Requirements
- Passion for retail and working as part of a team
- Strong interest in the products relevant to your area
- Enjoys taking on challenges
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ideally, previous sales experience
