About this role
Role Overview
Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact through to conversion
Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities within target accounts
Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions to prospective customers
Support project management activities and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
Guide customers through onboarding processes and ensure a positive customer experience
Manage customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, including renewals and upselling opportunities
Proactively inform customers about new product developments and relevant upgrades
Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with internal reporting processes
Achieve sales targets, conversion goals, and performance KPIs.
Requirements
Native-level proficiency in Swedish
English B2-C1
Minimum 2 years of business development, outbound sales, or lead generation experience
Strong outbound prospecting and lead qualification skills
Experience conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage customer accounts independently
Experience handling the full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in SaaS, software, technology, or B2B solution sales environments
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Customer success or account management experience
Experience selling to decision-makers and enterprise customers.
