Actively support smartAware as a Sales Representative (m/f/d) in marketing the most innovative e‑learning platform for healthcare and communicating its benefits to customers.
Take responsibility for a defined sales territory and handle acquisition, onboarding, development and retention of new customers.
Acquire new customers in care facilities at decision‑maker level (executive management, HR management, head of nursing, etc.).
Prepare proposals and provide advice and support through to contract signing.
Contribute to market monitoring, the development of sales strategies and marketing activities.
Deliver presentations and participate in trade shows and events.
Maintain our CRM system and provide regular reporting to management.
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in the healthcare sector, or a comparable qualification.
Ability and enthusiasm for presenting products and complex topics clearly and convincingly to customers online and, if required, on site.
Professional, reliable demeanor and strong argumentative skills.
Self‑responsibility and good self‑organization.
Business‑fluent German and good command of English.
Confident use of digital media, technical understanding, and good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
