Requirements
High School diploma, or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products and experience in IT, code development, or task management.
In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, intermediate proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
Collaboration skills, applied successfully within team.
Minimal critical thinking and a drive to improve the status quo.
Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements.
Ability to thrive with good organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills, to meet a deadline driven environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.
