About this role
Role Overview
Provide customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and others), ensuring a consistent, prompt, and effective experience;
Identify and address customer needs within established deadlines;
Track and monitor requests until resolution;
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to products, sales, and other aspects that affect customer service.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;
Experience in customer service;
Advantage: Experience with multichannel customer support;
Basic Microsoft Office skills;
