About this role
Role Overview
Receive monthly from suppliers the measurement reports for services performed with Sandvik, identifying and recording the measurement period and forwarding these reports to the tax department.
Control service billing by supplier, recording all measurements and issued invoices.
Manage the Facilities structure (monitoring and preventive building maintenance, meetings and support for Sandvik areas' needs).
Gather, compile and verify information, entering it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms, as well as office systems like databases or spreadsheets.
Collect and analyze data to create Power BI dashboards containing indicators and other information for the Facilities and Procurement areas.
Perform standard calculations to compile and report statistics accurately.
Respond to or route routine inquiries from internal or external sources about the organization, its activities or processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Communicate with internal and external contacts about deliveries, inventory, pricing and invoices, ensuring daily office operations run smoothly.
Perform other routine administrative activities in accordance with the organization's established procedures.
Requirements
Completed high school; university studies in progress or completed preferred.
Basic knowledge of administrative routines for service contracts.
Experience in facilities and/or procurement is recommended.
Basic English preferred.
Knowledge and experience with Power BI.
