Assist with administrative processes in the department, monitoring customer service processes (corporate clients) and preparing reports across Localiza.
Responsible for fleet management, monitoring and controlling vehicle usage to ensure efficiency and proper maintenance, as well as tracking preventive and corrective maintenance.
Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs, monitor and control operational expenses to reduce costs, and maintain effective communication with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Higher education will be considered a plus;
Experience with Microsoft Office — strong focus on Excel;
Valid Category B driver’s license (CNH B);
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Experience in fleet administration or related areas will be considered a plus.
