Lead a pipeline of Lean Six Sigma projects (DMAIC / Kaizen / PDCA);
Prioritize initiatives based on impact (cost, service level, productivity);
Ensure sustainability of gains (controls and governance);
Establish and structure performance indicators (KPIs).
Team leadership:
Manage a team composed of a coordinator, analysts and a specialist;
Develop the team technically (Lean Manufacturing tools, data analysis, business acumen);
Define management rituals, targets and performance metrics;
Increase the team's autonomy and ownership.
Development of a Lean culture:
Promote a continuous improvement culture across operations;
Design training tracks (White, Yellow, Green Belt);
Train operational leadership to act as process owners;
Evolve the recognition program for implemented improvements.
Opex projects:
Lead or co-lead strategic initiatives (e.g., automation, process redesign, digitization);
Act as a bridge between operations, technology and the business;
Ensure deliverables produce measurable impact (ROI).
Governance and reporting:
Set up executive monitoring forums;
Prepare communication materials for senior leadership;
Monitor the area's maturity progression.
Data analysis:
Extensive use of data (advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, AI desirable);
Structure problems using a methodological approach.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
Postgraduate/MBA (desirable).
Experience:
Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or operations;
Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification desirable);
Strong track record in transformation and efficiency improvement projects;
Experience managing teams.
