Manage product profitability with an end-to-end view of P&L, margin, spread and portfolio health;
Define and monitor pricing strategies, ensuring balance between competitiveness, risk and return;
Contribute to the definition of credit and collections policies, maximizing results and recovery efficiency;
Monitor and optimize the performance of commercial channels, campaigns and CRM initiatives, focusing on return by vintage (cohort);
Support growth strategy and new business initiatives by assessing economic viability, market trends and go-to-market approaches;
Work analytically and cross-functionally, validating problem and solution hypotheses with a focus on profitability and improving the product experience.
Requirements
Experience with credit products;
Ease in building partnerships;
Strong communication skills;
Knowledge of data manipulation;
Bachelor's degree completed in related fields;
SQL/Databricks or similar data manipulation tools.
