plans and executes a comprehensive grassroots advocacy program across Nebraska
attracts volunteers and develops, maintains, and implements a volunteer leadership program
develops and implements grassroots strategies and campaign plans
facilitates the achievement of ACS CAN volunteer fundraising goals
embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion in the role
models the organization's values and complies with all relevant lobbying protocols
works in communities across Nebraska and travels across the country periodically
communicates strategically and organizes volunteers for federal activities

Bachelor's degree
minimum of three years of relevant work experience
Political issues or campaign organizing experience strongly preferred
Experience attracting, developing, and engaging volunteers preferred
Fundraising experience is a plus
Experience using Salesforce, Every Action, or similar tools is a plus
Experience or familiarity with fundamentals of Direct Action Organizing is a plus
