Systems Coordinator, Part-Time, Bilingual Required

Role Overview

• Provide great customer service to employees
• Ensure questions/concerns related to timekeeping systems and time off requests are addressed
• Be the first point of contact for systems questions for employees
• Assist with troubleshooting systems issues and escalate when needed
• Audit and maintain information in ABI for accurate headcount and contact information
• Assist in staffing schedules to meet changing demands
• Support processing employee timesheets in ABI biweekly and connect with management on payroll errors
• Assist with hiring initiatives, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Follow-up and process schedule change requests
• Contact employees for clarification when necessary
• Work in a fast-paced environment with immediate attention to accuracy
• Assist in communication to staff
• Assist with employee uniform distribution
• Provide translation of communications as needed
• Other projects/duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Flexible and willing to work in non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings
• Experience with ABI timekeeping system (Preferred)
• Effective oral and written communication skills (English/Spanish
• required)
• Action orientated and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to multiple changes and strong organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
