Role Overview
Responsible for the UPS Supply Chain Solutions’ (SCS) email marketing program
Advancing global marketing automation and email strategies and programs
Owning and administering the Marketo Engage platform
Configuring and managing the marketing automation tool
Creating and maintaining creative and program templates
Managing the health, cleanliness, and integrity of data
Ensuring adherence to all compliance standards
Managing employee(s) and vendor(s)
Developing, executing, overseeing, and measuring moderate complexity marketing automation and email campaigns
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on campaign strategy, requirements, target audience selection criteria, campaign design, schedules, budgets, and measurement
Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting technical issues with the marketing automation tool
Monitoring email, marketing automation, and nurture best practices
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo Engage (required)
Proven experience owning and administering a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred)
Experience creating target lists for marketing campaigns and proficiency with relational databases and analytics tools: Microsoft Access, Oracle Data Warehouse, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server
Ability to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources, derive insights, and make recommendations for future strategies
Expertise in SQL, Python, Databricks
