File management. Own the organization of the post-production workspace. Clean folder structures, consistent naming, no lost assets.
Client revision queue. Address incoming edit requests accurately and on time, coordinating with the Video Editor and Producer on anything that needs escalation.
Team coordination. Stay in sync with the Video Editor, Video Producer, and Studio Director — proactive updates, no surprises.
Requirements
3+ years of video editing experience, preferably in eCommerce or advertising
Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite — Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and beyond
Strong grasp of editing principles, technique, and theory — not just button knowledge
Fluent in English (US) with clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable juggling multiple projects under strict deadlines without dropping quality
Available PST 9 AM–5 PM for real-time collaboration with the in-house team
