Role Overview
- Edit high volumes of performance video ads end-to-end
- Cut with performance instincts: building tension in hooks, controlling pacing, and constructing narratives
- Iterate rapidly based on performance data and creative feedback
- Collaborate with creative leads, producers, and growth teams
- Handle motion graphics, basic color, and audio mixing
- Organize and maintain an efficient editing workflow
- Leverage AI editing tools to accelerate output
- QC all outgoing assets against platform specs and brand standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience
- Deep fluency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut
- Comfortable with After Effects for motion and basic compositing
- Strong performance editing instincts
- Ability to operate at high volume without sacrificing quality
- Motion graphics and basic color grading capability
- Collaborative and communicative
- AI fluency
