Role Overview
- Define and maintain the product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives
- Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring focus on high-impact deliveries
- Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, business units, and technical teams
- Lead product initiatives leveraging AI/Analytics, from discovery through delivery
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Support decisions with data, metrics, and user behavior
- Oversee the development cycle using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ensure continuous product evolution and value creation for customers
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with products involving Artificial Intelligence, data, or analytics
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (tech, data, and business)
- Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Analytical profile, results-oriented, and focused on business value
- Experience managing a backlog and defining a roadmap
