Brillio is a rapidly growing digital technology service provider that partners with Fortune 1000 companies. They are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of customer-facing campaign management capabilities, working closely with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with React engineering teams to deliver high-quality customer-facing applications
- Drive the build-out and enhancement of campaign management capabilities
- Partner with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and release plans
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor product performance and leverage data to drive continuous improvements
- Coordinate with QA, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience managing digital products and web applications
- Good understanding of React-based application development
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with campaign management, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms
- Knowledge of A/B testing and analytics
- Exposure to REST APIs and microservices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and digital marketing workflows
