About this role
Role Overview
Provide Level 2 technical support via TSD, analyzing and resolving complex issues related to power generation equipment.
Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and implement solutions to improve fleet performance and reliability.
Develop Kaizen studies and continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and reduction of operating costs.
Monitor operating costs, support the commercial P&L, and contribute to budgeting and planning for materials and services.
Support commissioning and preventive/corrective maintenance, and collaborate with suppliers and OEMs to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced technical knowledge of power generation; electrical and control systems experience is a plus.
Experience or knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen).
Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
Availability to travel (20%).
