Support new clients in getting started with the firm’s digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document upload, etc.
Guide them through implementing their electronic invoicing process: connecting to the dematerialization platform, submitting invoices, and managing the approval workflow.
Create clear, tailored educational materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and lead short training sessions, internal and/or external.
Act as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the outset of the relationship.
Identify malfunctions, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process.
Detect additional client needs and report them to the assigned chartered accountant.
You will be given an appropriate client portfolio to retain an operational anchoring in the role.
