- 10+ years of experience in product design

- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex consumer products
- Proven ability to conceptualize creative ideas
- Experience shipping 0–1 products with autonomy
- Comfort with technical discussions with engineering
- Fluency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Framer)
