Lead product design with a creative mindset, shaping product direction and mentoring designers.
Take features from initial vision through to execution and launch, ensuring designs meet user needs.
Collaborate with product managers to define features and refine design processes in partnership with design leadership.
Create product concepts and mockups that balance strategic vision, business goals, and user experience.
Foster a culture of trust, feedback, and continuous learning, serving as a mentor for other designers.
Collaborate with the UX Research team to understand customer needs and integrate insights into product roadmaps.

A minimum of 5 years in UX/UI design within a product or software development team.
Proven ability to manage projects independently, from concept to launch.
Strong skills in prototyping and mockup creation, delivering clear, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces.
Exceptional ability to articulate complex design concepts effectively at all levels of the organization.
Deep understanding of user-centered design, user research, usability testing, rapid prototyping, and accessibility principles.
