About this role
Role Overview
- Provide compliance counsel for HH Business Units that engage in the development of digital capabilities, as well as the acquisition and use of third-party data, digital analytics, and digital capabilities.
- Responsibilities will require a functional understanding of, and experience with, establishing data governance guidance and providing compliance counsel on the ethical use of artificial intelligence capabilities.
- Execute AI risk assessments and establish appropriate risk mitigation controls and oversight processes.
- Provide compliance counsel for the development of internal capabilities used to support the marketing, sales, and operations functions within HH, to ensure compliant execution.
- Develop policies and/or guidance documents in support of new capabilities, processes, and tools.
Requirements
- BA/BS required; advanced degree in digital transformation, data science, business, marketing, law, or public policy preferred
- High degree of ethics and integrity
- 10+ years business experience (5+ years pharmaceutical industry preferred)
