Provide ongoing services covering the full processing of the client’s SAP solution environment.
Perform analysis, communication, corrective and proactive actions to ensure the performance of both non-production and production environments with respect to SAP solution processing and infrastructure, including the database, using primarily SAP tools, Wily Introscope, Zabbix or scripts integrated or not with BMC Control-M for SAP.
Perform sizing, planning, implementation, operationalization, management and adjustment of software and tools across the entire SAP solution environment.
Design, plan, document and implement the integration of Operations, Support or Management tools for the SAP solution environment with tools of the same nature on the client’s legacy platform.
Design, plan, document and implement archiving features and services for the SAP solution.
Provide operational services and administration of the SAP solution infrastructure in a proactive and continuous manner, focused on reducing risks and failures in the SAP environment, following the RSLAF (Run SAP Like a Factory) approach in its processes: Applications Monitoring and Alerting, Technical Analytics, Data Volume Management, Job Scheduling Management, End-User Experience Monitoring, Data Consistency Management, Business Process Monitoring and Business Process Improvement, and their corresponding tools, with the objective of efficiency and continuous improvement of SAP solution operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
DESIRABLE CERTIFICATION: SAP Performance & Tuning or S/4HANA Technical Administration.
Preferred experience: 3 years working in monitoring and technical performance analysis of SAP environments, including tuning, bottleneck identification and use of specific tools.
Knowledge: Environments: SAP technical performance analysis: ST03N, STAD, SM50, SM66, ST02, ST06; Monitoring with SAP Solution Manager (Technical Monitoring, EWA); Performance tools: Wily Introscope, Zabbix, Control-M for SAP; RSLAF concepts: Technical Analytics, Job Management, End-User Monitoring; Database tuning knowledge (HANA, Oracle); Understanding of SAP architecture and the impact of infrastructure on performance.
