Support day to day administration of U.S. benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
Review benefits eligibility, including hours per week checks, and complete related transactions in Workday and other systems.
Communicate with employees regarding eligibility, enrollment, and benefits changes using approved templates and guidance.
Process employment verification requests and other verification requests as needed.
Assist with I-9 document verification for U.S. new hires and complete related compliance tasks.
Conduct new hire meetings.
Assist in managing Workday onboarding completion and mandatory employee trainings.
Support leave and absence administration, including leave processing and related follow up.
Assist with wellness campaigns and employee communications.
Help maintain benefits guidebooks, employee facing materials, and other benefits collateral.
Support select global benefits activities, as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
1+ of experience in HR, people operations, benefits administration, data analyst, or customer support preferred, or another role requiring the ability to learn quickly.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow through.
Comfort handling data and reviewing information for accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort conducting video-based meetings and communicating directly with employees and internal partners.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks, follow established processes, drive work forward independently, and escalate issues appropriately.
