About this role
Role Overview
- Gather, organize, and analyze information, data, and documents;
- Prepare reports;
- Support the management of integrity assessment processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies and institutional guidelines;
- Manage cases systematically, including recording, monitoring, and updating information in corporate systems;
- Support matters related to corporate governance and company law;
- Interact with internal departments to align information and strengthen compliance and governance practices;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Analytical skills;
- Strong writing skills;
- Ability to handle data and documents carefully and confidentially;
- Knowledge of or interest in corporate governance, compliance, and/or integrity;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Postgraduate degree or courses in Compliance, Governance, Auditing, or related areas (preferred);
- Experience in cooperatives, hospitals, or healthcare settings (preferred);
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) (preferred);
- Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the supplementary health sector and cooperatives (preferred).
