Conducting and qualifying conversations: You lead structured initial calls, listen actively, and uncover your interlocutors’ challenges to determine whether hellomed is the right solution for them.
Full sales-cycle learning path: You will actively participate in product demos, price negotiations, and contract closings — working side by side with our experienced sales team and founders.
Contact management & continuous improvement: You keep your contacts organized in our CRM and bring market insights back to improve our sales processes.
Requirements
Sales mentality: You have a winning mindset — making excuses for why something can’t be done isn’t interesting to you.
Self-motivation: You know what needs to be done next without being told.
Ambitious willingness to learn: You don’t just want to start — you want to get better faster than most.
Strong communication skills: You can listen, build trust, and persuade stakeholders — both on the phone and in face-to-face conversations.
Curiosity about the care sector: You don’t have to know the industry already — but you are willing to engage seriously with what caregivers face daily and speak with them as equals.
Technical openness: You quickly get up to speed with new (AI) software solutions and see digital processes as tools, not obstacles.
Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
