About this role
Role Overview
Handling incoming calls and emails for internal and external stakeholders
Handling customer complaints via letters, telephone calls and emails
Monitoring customer accounts
Dealing with invoice queries
Processing sales on systems
Supporting the rollout of new processes
Completing and maintaining customer trackers
Attending customer meetings
Updating colleagues with job and contract numbers to arrange works
Checking visit information
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role
Proficient in using Word, Excel and GDoc suite
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work well within a team
May be required to pass a DBS check
