Participate in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and participation.
Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
Actively contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, including the coordination, organization, and support of events and related activities.
Register and monitor HR department invoices.
Support the planning and implementation of Employee Engagement initiatives and corporate events.
Assist in Learning & Development activities by coordinating training programs, communicating with participants and external partners, and maintaining relevant training records and documentation.
Collaborate with external HR partners and vendors.
Maintain and update HR records, reports, and related documentation.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of professional experience in HR, Recruitment, or Administrative Support.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Team-oriented mindset and high level of professionalism.
