Support site HR Manager in delivery of talent strategy initiatives
Deliver all aspects of frontline HR services, focusing on payroll & benefits support, talent acquisition, new employee onboarding and employee relations
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices
Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring of qualified contingent job applicants for frontline open positions
Assist in development and implementation of employee recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Audit and finalize weekly timecards in Factory Track, administer hourly payroll processes in ADP Workforce Now
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
5+ years of human resource management experience
HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS and ATS systems
Familiarity with HRIS reporting and concepts
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (ADA, EEO, FMLA, FLSA) and the ability to appropriately spot employment risk issues
