In this role you are responsible for acquiring and onboarding new Key Account partners via telesales.
With your strong communication skills, structured way of working, and sensitivity to different partner needs, you will actively help rescue surplus food and expand our network.
Cross-segment acquisition and onboarding of new Key Account partners (petrol stations, hotels, supermarkets, pet supply stores, DIY/home improvement stores) through telesales.
Making approximately 150 calls per week and drafting tailored emails aligned with partner needs and the overall sales strategy.
Introducing new partners to the Too Good To Go concept and to using the app.
Advising partners on finding the best solution for surplus food.
Diligent recording of all activities in our CRM system, Salesforce.
Ensuring clean pipeline hygiene and independently tracking relevant KPIs.
Requirements
Passion for using your voice: you love talking on the phone, can build trust using your voice alone, handle objections with charm, and motivate people.
Resilience & stamina: spending around 80% of your working time on the phone motivates you to deliver direct results and consistently work towards your goals.
Communication skills: you express yourself precisely, persuasively and fluently in German and know how to speak the language of franchisors and merchants.
Organizational talent: you are highly organized and set clear priorities to achieve maximum impact.
Structured & data-driven: you are confident using Google Sheets and Salesforce and use data to prioritize your daily calls.
Team player: you are a genuine team player and enjoy collaborating within your team and across teams to achieve shared success.
Nice to have: prior experience in telephone sales and knowledge of MEDDICC are advantageous.
