Primary point of contact for internal IT and infrastructure matters
Support and installation of client/customer applications
Analysis of technical issues
Setup and maintenance of monitoring
Importing and verifying databases
Coordination with data center partners
Onboarding and offboarding of new employees
Management of required hardware
Administrative and business-related tasks
License management and procurement of IT infrastructure hardware
Participation in IT projects and contribution to the ongoing development of security standards in the Windows Server environment

Completed IT qualification (HTL / University of Applied Sciences / University) or experience as an IT generalist in a Windows environment
Solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Good understanding of IT security standards and best practices
Experience providing IT support to internal users
Fluent German and very good English skills
Enjoy taking ownership of independent infrastructure projects
Basic knowledge of database systems (SQL Server/Oracle) is an advantage
Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft Azure, O365) and Linux is a plus
Experience in delivering/managing projects is an advantage
