About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for employee onboarding and termination processes;
- Payroll calculation, related contributions and ancillary statutory filings;
- Payroll calculations required to determine eligibility for the FATOR R benefit;
- Company registration and configuration for pró-labore (pro-labore/owner compensation) withdrawals;
- Support for other departmental routines.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of labor legislation (employment law);
- Basic skills in managing and monitoring timekeeping systems, including handling inconsistencies and making adjustments in accordance with company policies and applicable law;
- Basic knowledge of tax/fiscal matters;
- Advanced knowledge of benefits administration, such as transportation allowance and vacation (annual leave);
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Basic skills with HR/payroll systems and payroll software; experience with Questor is a plus;
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
