Monitor strategic planning activities and define the hotel’s rate structure and rate fluctuation triggers.
Monitor rates across sales channels using the shopper report provided (Lighthouse).
Continuously analyze occupancy curves and on‑books data, adjusting rates to maximize RevPAR. Analyze group displacement and specific ad‑hoc situations.
Analyze booking patterns and market trends.
Analyze distribution channels and their contribution to the hotel’s revenue mix.
Assist in the RFP process, from initial data collection and stakeholder coordination to completing and evaluating received proposals.
Prepare forecast reports to view occupancy, ADR and revenue over the short and medium term (Weekly Forecast).
Close monthly AIG and RSI reports. Focus on hotel profitability, including analysis of each client’s net average daily rate.
Ensure analysis of internal and external reports to develop pricing and availability strategies. Recommend/approve ad‑hoc promotions.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the role.
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
Required knowledge of Omnibees, Excel and the extranets for Booking, Expedia, Decolar and Letsbook.
