Maintaining one of Williams’ largest installations of horsepower and power distribution equipment
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems, including switchgear, motor controls, control loops, PLCs (Allen Bradley), and both AC/DC systems
Ensuring safe and reliable operations by identifying root causes of equipment issues and implementing corrective actions to reduce downtime
Maintaining and repairing process control systems to support efficient plant operations
Collaborating with project teams to define scope and instrumentation specifications for new installations and upgrades
Performing additional duties as needed to support operations
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations
Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safety and operational excellence
2+ years of related experience, preferably in oil & gas (Technician II)
3+ years of technician experience, preferably in oil & gas (Technician III)
6+ years of experience with similar equipment or facilities; Associate degree preferred (Technician Sr)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications
Familiarity with Process Control Systems and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
