Role Overview
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a warm welcome and advising customers on products suited to their needs
- Drive sales in your department
- Recommend complementary solutions and various services
- Support customers with their home improvement projects
- Maintain high standards of self-service: stocking shelves, keeping product lines clean and tidy, and ensuring proper facing
- Contribute to merchandising and product presentation: displays, window dressing, etc.
- Energize the sales floor and product range through commercial activities and promotions
Requirements
- Commercial mindset and a team-player attitude
- Strong interest in products within the home décor sector
- Results-driven and comfortable with targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ideally, previous experience in sales
