Role Overview
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a warm welcome and by advising on products that meet their needs
- Drive sales in your department
- Recommend complementary products and services
- Support customers with their home improvement projects
- Maintain high-quality self-service areas: stocking shelves, keeping displays clean, fronting products (facing)
- Contribute to merchandising and product presentation: promotional displays, window displays
- Activate the sales area with commercial initiatives and promotions
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales and working as part of a team
- Genuine interest in the product category for your sector
- Results-driven and enjoy taking on challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales
