Role Overview
- Help in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Help with onboarding
- Help manage HR data
- Help ensure HR information is up to date
- Assist with administration and support of the HR Self-Service system
- Create various HR reports including monthly company headcount reports
- Provide presentation materials for reports
- Update the HR calendar
- Run various audits of HR information
- Prepare COE draft for each request
- Do other HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- University student; preferably with OJT requirement
- Interest in human resources management, HR data and analytics, or related fields
- Willing to learn about recruitment, HR data management, headcount planning, and statutory requirements
- Keen attention to detail
- Meticulous and organized, able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic mindset to think beyond operational activities
