Executive Assistant – Chief Technology Officer

Role Overview

• Provide administrative and operational support to the CTO.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Liaise with department heads to ensure alignment on operational priorities.
• Provide data-driven insights through reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
• And other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong data orientation and experience working with analytics, reporting, or performance metrics.
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and understand what is critical vs. non-essential.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
