About this role
Role Overview
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and company standards.
Analyze HR metrics and recommend actions to improve retention and performance.
Collaborate with workers council.
Responsible for managing the recruitment activities for the assigned branches.
Requirements
3-5 years of HR business partnering experience in complex organizations.
Strong knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
Experience advising managers on performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
Experience analyzing HR metrics and translating insights into clear business actions.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with workers councils.
Fluency in German and English.
Eligibility to work in Germany.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
Experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
