Role Overview
- Deliver prompt and professional member service
- Assist members with loan inquiries and applications
- Conduct interviews and set up loan applications
- Pull and review credit reports
- Identify cross-sell opportunities
- Provide J.D. Power quotes for secured loans
- Meet call volume and service KPIs
- Educate members on products and services
- Participate in campaigns, trainings, and meetings
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months related experience
- Call center and loan experience preferred
- NMLS registration eligibility required
- Strong service and communication skills
- Familiarity with financial products and loan procedures
- Willingness to learn how AI tools are used responsibly
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
