Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud EPM clients, primarily supporting FCCS and ARCS applications;
Manage and resolve client support tickets through ticketing systems and support channels;
Provide remote post-production support for live Oracle Cloud EPM environments;
Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) and Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS);
Support Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching processes;
Assist clients with financial close processes, metadata management, and system integrations;
Configure and maintain ownership management within Oracle EPM environments;
Recommend system enhancements and process optimization opportunities;
Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot issues and provide functional guidance;
Support clients through MS Teams and ticketing platforms including ServiceNow, JIRA, and Azure DevOps;
Work with multiple clients simultaneously while ensuring timely issue resolution and service delivery.
Requirements
5+ years of experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), including hands-on configuration and implementation experience;
Deep knowledge of Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching;
Expertise in financial close processes, metadata management, system integrations, and ownership management;
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud EPM applications in a managed services or support environment;
Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities effectively;
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment;
