Role Overview
- Drafting and reviewing legal pleadings and court filings within the Special Civil Courts (Juizado Especial Cível) and general/state courts (Justice Comum);
- Case monitoring and procedural follow-up, with regular updates to internal systems and clients;
- Preparation of management and operational reports, including analysis of case-related data;
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent);
- Strong knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure;
- Proven experience drafting court pleadings;
- Experience with legal software, especially the Elaw system;
- Previous experience in Civil Law at law firms;
- Analytical and organized profile with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Basic to intermediate English.
