Drive Transformation & Process Design: Lead end-to-end business analysis across Finance, Operations, Accounting, and Sales Product management with ongoing support to the enterprise
Redesign workflows by identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities
Develop clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to strategic goals
Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
Build data models, business rules, and reporting frameworks to inform decision-making
Ensure data quality and integrity across systems
Enable Technology & AI Solutions: Partner with engineering and AI teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Support the design of automation, AI-enabled use cases, and decision-support tools
Contribute to testing efforts including UAT, validation, and defect resolution
Collaborate & Influence: Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and outcomes
Communicate progress, risks, and insights to senior stakeholders
Requirements
8+ years in product manager, business analysis, data analysis, or process transformation within large organizations
Experience supporting enterprise programs involving system modernization, workflow redesign, or automation
Strong background in financial workflows and cross-functional collaboration
Experience working with global teams or enterprise-scale transformations
Exposure to automation, AI, or advanced analytics initiatives
Experience in enterprise transformation and financial workflows
Expertise in process mapping, requirements development, and workflow design
Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
