Lead the launch of new products guided by market intelligence, customer feedback, and opportunity size
Participate in customer calls and engage with internal stakeholders to understand "jobs to be done," using these insights to shape and prioritize the product roadmap
Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and evolving customer needs, including how businesses manage cashflow, while driving adoption and achieving business targets
Partner closely with Sales to gather feedback and support go-to-market efforts; represent the product externally and deliver thought leadership
Identify new data, partner, and integration opportunities to enhance cashflow capabilities and drive product growth and revenue
Collaborate across multiple functions, business units, and partners to grow and protect the business
Requirements
8+ years of product management experience
Experience in financial services and/or open banking, ideally with exposure to cashflow or adjacent domains
Strong knowledge of Agile processes and principles
Experience working with both existing and emerging products
Experience in the healthcare industry
Experience effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels, including Director and VP audiences
Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams
