About this role
Role Overview
- Define and execute the global strategy for the ISEM Metering segment
- Collaborate across business lines to drive the opportunity pipeline, design wins, and long-term revenue growth
- Lead engagement with key customers including utilities, OEMs, and system integrators
- Drive strategic discussions on evolution of metering architectures
- Define system-level architectures for smart electricity meters
- Collaborate across product lines and enable ecosystem partners
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years in semiconductors, energy systems, or industrial markets
- Proven track record in metering, energy management, or utility infrastructure
- Strong understanding of metering architectures (electricity and/or flow)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity for embedded systems
- Excellent communication and executive presentation capability
