Role Overview
- Perform, supervise, and ensure high accuracy in accounting activities without guidance
- Handle accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities
- Process complex documents in accounting with quality and deadlines
- Independently research finance discipline issues and assist senior staff
- Contribute expertise to relevant projects and exploit cross-discipline synergies
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations
- Input for departmental improvements and new solutions
- Identify risks and propose solutions for mitigation
- Align with internal stakeholders on finance topics regarding daily business
Requirements
- Master Diploma in Finance
- More than 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Very good knowledge of finance & accounting principles, processes, IFRS and finance legislation
- Experience with group accounts and consolidations
- Good understanding of oil & gas business requirements
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of SAP transactions in finance
- Solid knowledge of department processes, roles, and responsibilities
- Ability to elaborate reports and analyses to optimize processes
- Advanced English language skills
