Role Overview
- Define and execute the roadmap for a portfolio of personalization and audience products
- Lead end-to-end product development—from concept through launch and iteration
- Translate IQVIA’s clinical, behavioral, and engagement data into productized insights and targeting solutions
- Engage directly with pharma clients, agencies, and internal commercial teams to validate product-market fit
- Support go-to-market strategy, including positioning, packaging, and pricing of products
- Serve as the connective layer across product, engineering, data science, and commercial teams
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in product management
- Background in marketing technology (martech/adtech)
- Experience delivering data-driven or platform-based products
- Experience working with audience segmentation and targeting products
- Experience working with behavioral data or digital engagement signals
- Experience with AI/ML or predictive modeling (practical application vs theory)
