Providing guidance / consulting on improvements that can be made to campaigns both new & existing.
Socializing new technical capability available to marketing, through suggested applications to campaigns that will drive higher incremental results.
Taking ownership of all communications between analytics, data, channel, and other technical teams to ensure all the building blocks of a campaign are put together accurately on time.
Being able to prioritize multiple tasks-based business critical outcomes and be able to work in an agile manner to deliver to marketing needs.
Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends and innovations to provide informed and relevant recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience working with end-to-end marketing campaigns in Marketing Automation platforms.
Experience using Enterprise Marketing tools such as Braze, Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign
Experience working in building & delivery of data driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong experience in handling stakeholder inquiries and providing solutions to stakeholder
Experience in working in multi-platform environments that require orchestration of data across different systems to enable marketing campaigns is a PLUS
Experience in using SQL to perform data analysis & identifying customers based on business criteria using relational databases.
Understanding of Big Data systems is beneficial.
Understanding of Customer Lifecycle Frameworks and designing always-on trigger campaigns as well as ad-hoc tactical campaigns is a PLUS
Pragmatic problem solver with a keen attitude to deliver business outcomes
Work both independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements with minimal supervision.
Desire to be a key part of a high-performance team
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
